Created in 1967 on the Ecole des Mines de Paris’ initiative, ARMINES is the origin of a research concept directed to the industry.

Aware of the necessity to dispose of direct industrialisation and marketing way of some research results, ARMINES created, in 1984, a valuation and transfer subsidiary, TRANSVALOR S.A.
