Communications Officer (M/W)


A member of the functional support team and placed directly under the responsibility of the Secretary General, the communications officer will carry the company's communications strategy by putting in place means intended and adapted to different audiences. She (he) must diffuse an image intended to promote the notoriety of the company in the long term. This image must be positive and solid while highlighting projects, activities or teams.

The main missions will be as follows:

  • Establish the axes of the communication plan by working closely with the sales and marketing department, and other departments of the company and management
  • Promote the image of the company through various formats (press releases, press kits, advertising campaign ...) and be a source of proposals on the choice of messages
  • Coordinate the link with communication and press agencies
  • Develop the company's digital communication
  • Carrying out internal communication, commercial, event and institutional communication
  • Participate in the organization of international professional events for our customers (seminars, workshops, etc.)
  • Organize partnerships, events, conferences and meetings with suppliers, service providers and the media, and lead the team in charge of the smooth running of these events
  • Define the schedule of actions to be carried out in accordance with the highlights of the company (holiday season, peak activity, etc.).



  • Bac + 3 with experience or Bac + 5 in the field of communication
  • Minimum experience 3 years
  • Bilingual english
  • Knowledge of digital communication and social networks
  • Knowledge of photo processing software
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite software
