Foundry casting

In foundry processes, THERCAST® models all the process parameters such as the position of the risers, the coating, the foundry filters, the action of the stopper rod, etc. but also the temperature of the molds. The software allows tracking of particles and inclusions and predicts rheological phenomena for a complete and increased analysis of your parts.

Compatibility with Transvalor FORGE®

In environments where FORGE® is also used to simulate later forging operations on your cast parts, the data from THERCAST® can be quickly and seamlessly moved to FORGE®, yielding even greater cost savings and productivity.
