Our Customer Service has 10 specialists in material forming simulation: forging, coldforming, casting, welding, plastic injection... whatever your problem is, one of our experts will be able to help.

Our aim is to respond to any difficulties you may encounter when using our software. We will advise you in relation to your particular industrial problem by explaining the various functionalities and tips for optimal use of our solutions.

Our Customer Service team is at your disposal all year round from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and does its best to respond to your requests as soon as possible

Because customer service is our primary concern, we have launched an online gateway. It improves the way your requests are processed and adds to the available information and resources!

What is the customer gateway for?

  • Create a ticket and track your support requests
  • Download the latest versions of our software, product overviews and release notes
  • Check the status of each of your licences: expiry date, number of tokens, etc.
  • Access the list of our training courses and register for them online

  • Customers located in France, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Israel and Australia
